I am not happy with your service, where do I raise a complaint?
We strive to ensure our services are of the highest standard, however if you feel we have not met these standards, please do contact us by clicking the button below. We will always try our best to accommodate your concerns and make improvements to our process to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction are kept high.
I need my project to be completed urgently.
Depending on the requirements of the project and our current workload we may add a rush-order fee to the cost in order for it to be completed on time. Please contact us by clicking the blue button below, so we can discuss the feasibility of the project being completed on time, and the extra cost that may be incurred.
How long will my project/scanning/printing/CAD Design take?
Our processes are often time-dependent on the project themselves, and so it is impossible to give set timescales. However, if you contact us by clicking the blue button below and describe your project, we will give an approximate timescale.
I need a large bulk to be printed.
If you require bulks to be printed we advise that you give us at least two weeks notice before your deadline. This enables us to organise our resources to best meet all our customer's requirements for their projects. We may require further notice dependent on the size of the bulk and the print time of the design. If sufficient notice isn't given a rush-order fee will be added to the cost.
